Composition and scope of redispersible powder

Redispersible latex powder composition:

The redispersible latex powder is usually white powder, and the redispersible latex powder is usually white powder. But there are a few other colors. Ingredients include: polymer resin: located in the core part of the rubber powder particles, and is also an important component of the redispersible latex powder to play a role. Additives (inside) and resin play a role in modifying resin together. Additives (outside) add materials to further expand the performance of the redispersible powder. Anti-caking agent: fine mineral filler, which is mainly used to prevent agglomeration of rubber powder during storage and transportation and to facilitate the flow of rubber powder. Maintenance colloid: a layer of hydrophilic material wrapped on the surface of the redispersible latex powder particles. The maintenance colloid of most of the redispersible latex powder is polyvinyl alcohol.

Use range of redispersible powder:
1. Application in repairing mortar
Ensure the adhesion of the mortar and increase the durability of the repaired surface. Reducing the elastic modulus makes it highly resistant to strain.
2. Application in waterproof mortar
Improved constructability; additional water retention; improved cement hydration; reduced mortar modulus of elasticity and enhanced matching to the lower layer. Improve mortar density, increase flexibility, resist cracking or have bridging ability.
3. Application in caulk
Let the impermeability of mortar prevent water intrusion. At the same time, it has good adhesion to the tile edge, low shrinkage and flexibility.
4. Application in ceramic tile adhesive
Provide high-strength bonding for the mortar, and give the mortar sufficient flexibility to strain the different thermal expansion coefficients of the substrate and the ceramic tile.
